Length of the Aetherial Ambrosia buff.

Hi, I have a problem I need help with.
It is the duration of the buff from Aetherial Ambrosia.

My main has Rationer (with 30 points and slotted), he also has Medicinal Use (3/3) in Alchemy.
My alt (low lvl, in the process of leveling) has the same bonuses as my main (Rationer(with 30 points) slotted, Passive(3/3) in Alchemy).

Rationer: Adds total 30minutes to the duration of any food or drink that increases your characters stats. (with 30 embedded points)
Medicinal Use: When using potions, resulting effects last 30% longer. (with 3/3 skill points)

Now, when I drink Aetherial Ambrosia, the xp bonus on my main lasts a total of 70 minutes. (base duration is 30min)
But when I drink Aetherial Ambrosia on my alt, the bonus for xp lasts only the base duration of 30 minutes.

As far as I'm aware I don't have any other buffs on my main to extend the buff length etc, the only thing I have is Rationer and Medicinal Use, both active but also on my alt, so how is it possible that the buff length of the drink is different on main and alt?

Am I missing something? Can someone please tell me what it is?

What was explanation? I feel like Connoisseur passive from Provisioning should have added 20 minutes to make it 50 minutes. Still not sure how you got to 70 minutes!

rationer + nord seems the most likely

nord gets +15 min to drinks, which works with ambrosia

redguard has a similar passive which is +15 min to food, which helps stuff like colovian war torte

Nord + passive from provisioning (30 base + 15 Nord + 20 provisioning = 65 minute), it's still not 70 what it shows me in the game but the 5 minutes could just be some kind of deviation or rounding..
And it looks like Rationer is not working here.

Is Rationer supposed to work with aetherial ambrosia? Its description says

Adds 10 minutes to the duration of any food or drink that increases your character's stats per stage.

However, it's possible that ZOS don't consider the XP boost to be a character stat.

The first thing is that after reading the description of Rationer I thought that xp buff is not a stat buff so it probably won't work and then with alchemy, I wonder if ambrosia would be taken as a potion? But maybe so, because I had Rationer active and 3/3 in passive in alchemy and my calculation was that 30 base+30 Rationer+9(30% in alchemy, from base duration)= 69 minutes and the game was showing me 70 and I'm thinking 1 minute might be some rounding or something..
And I completely forgot that I am a Nord and that my passive in provisioning affects drinks (which ambrosia is).

Then I made an alt and went at it with the bad theory described above, so I gave it a Rationer, did a 3/3 passive on the alchemy and was under the assumption that it would be same with ambrosia as on main, but then I drink ambrosia and the buff was only 30 minutes and then I started wondering what was wrong...

And now I know what I forgot and that I was wrong. I'm planning to make another alt this weekend so I'll try to make him a Nord and give him a 3/3 passive in proviioning and see.
