I had some spare crowns from ESO+ so I bought the 25x anniversary pack hoping for that Molag Bal polymorph.
I didn't get it obviously, but the thing is that I could have had enough gems to buy it if I had the option to convert undesirable collectibles.
ALL crown items should be received as consumable items.

✭Agree, we absolutely should have the option to convert ALL crown crate items into gems. However, that would mean less crown crate purchases, which is why it will sadly never happen.Alchemy says "Hi".1
