I had some spare crowns from ESO+ so I bought the 25x anniversary pack hoping for that Molag Bal polymorph.
I didn't get it obviously, but the thing is that I could have had enough gems to buy it if I had the option to convert undesirable collectibles.
ALL crown items should be received as consumable items.

✭Agree, we absolutely should have the option to convert ALL crown crate items into gems. However, that would mean less crown crate purchases, which is why it will sadly never happen.1
