I've noticed that the Restoration staff's passive, cycle of life, is causing the health cost of equilibrium/spell symmetry to cost more with no more benefit to your magicka gain. Is this broken or working as intended?
I'm pretty sure its broken, and i think they will rework cycle of life at some point, because at the moment it works on everything, this includes things like siege weapons (so if you are using siege weapons, then do so while wielding your resto staff). If its damage its increased by 10%.
The health damage counts as damage that you are doing to yourself so I'll say it is WAI for circle of life to boost it. Just remember to use equilibrium on some other weapon bar.
