I have this and for my Stamden I saw zero difference other than I was a bit more tanky, but not by much.

I use this on my WW Templar as it dramatically provides major damage bonuses. Weapon/Spell damage is over 7.5k, the damage resistance is helpful as a WW, etc…haven’t tried this build since Gold Road update. With this equipped Templar actually was serviceable in pvp. I not only could stand my ground but can also do damage.
