When ESO+ renewed this month I noticed that I did not receive the crowns allotment. I contacted support and after WAY more hassle than there should have been, I was finally met with “We are aware of an issue with crowns …and a fix will be implemented in a future update.” So… we pay real money for in game benefits that we don’t get and are expected to just… idk, sit on our hands?! For potentially weeks or months?! This is the absolute WORST experience I have had with ESO so far. I have actually recently sang some praises of eso’s customer and tech support — to a flurry of downvotes and negative replies. Guess I really was wrong after all!
Oh, and just FYI people, keep an eye on your crowns to make sure they’re crediting appropriately!!
