ESO+ Crowns on PS5 missing

When ESO+ renewed this month I noticed that I did not receive the crowns allotment. I contacted support and after WAY more hassle than there should have been, I was finally met with “We are aware of an issue with crowns …and a fix will be implemented in a future update.” So… we pay real money for in game benefits that we don’t get and are expected to just… idk, sit on our hands?! For potentially weeks or months?! This is the absolute WORST experience I have had with ESO so far. I have actually recently sang some praises of eso’s customer and tech support — to a flurry of downvotes and negative replies. Guess I really was wrong after all!

Oh, and just FYI people, keep an eye on your crowns to make sure they’re crediting appropriately!!

    Same here. Eso plus renewed on the 8th, didn't receive my crowns, and got the same response to my ticket. No solutions, just fix in a "future patch". I am not renewing my subscription if this is how its gonna be. Very disappointed.

    My ticket is 240608-004023 . The sad thing is I am now dead positive this has happened before!! I wasn’t sure at the time and assumed I just remembered incorrectly, because I had a fair bit of crowns at that moment, so there’s at least 2 months in the last year that this has happened, including this month.

    If I hadn’t already preordered Gold Road, I would have canceled. How many subs is ZOS losing from people not willing to jump through so many hoops?! The only reason I didn’t is because I am “progging housing”, and also am somewhat jazzed about the new chapter.

    Same issue for me. I purchased 12 months of ESO+ via PSN Store this morning, and did not receive any Crowns. I contacted Support, who stated “issue will be fixed in a future update.” I asked for the missing Crowns to be added manually and have not received a response (it has been several hours). I want what I paid for! This is unacceptable customer service. Please provide a response ASAP!

    I am well inclined to cancel my Gold Road Deluxe Collection pre-order as well as launching a dispute with my bank.

    *2024-06-16: Obviously I was being over-dramatic about doing a charge back - but it had no effect. 4 days later and still no response from Support or missing Crows.*

    FYI- that’s going nuclear. ZOS will permanently ban your account. There’s no going back!

    The other night I was booted from the server. When I logged back in my missing crowns were there. 10 minutes later I was booted again and when I logged back in those crowns were gone.

    I have still not received my monthly crowns after my ESO+ renewed on the 7th. I asked for an update on the ticket but received no response.

    Yay! My crowns have been credited with the update for gold road! Everyone check your account!
