Weird 5 pixel high inch long dashed lines flashing through quest dialog

Hi,
This seems a new problem, but part of the problem is that I'm running this on Nvidia GeForce Now, which is a PC rig, but on a Mac device. I'm just trying to isolate whether this is the Nvidia Client problem, or is a new PC problem. First time I've encountered this on GeForce Now, but I only just got Gold Road running on it, so it may be related to Gold Road expansion. I first noticed it on the Scribing quest lines where I was listening to dialog (as opposed to Daily Writs, which I'm never on the dialog for it to happen long enough).

cptscotty✭✭✭You see that happen a lot with resolution scaling. It goes to a resolution that doesnt quite align and thus the white line.0
