I couldn't understand part of it.
After killed some "gorilla?" appearance crystal boss with mirror flipping mech several times,
we jump to the previous location of trial with gold dome(someone grabbed gold dome).
Destroying many piece of crystals which we use it as purge mech in the previous combat,
and reach the some deadra boss, and killed it. we finished anyway.
but...
What was that gold dome, and why we kept destroying crystals?

✭✭✭✭✭you have to run the arcane knot back to the entrance of the trial, if your group wipes at any point on the return trip you have to start the whole trek back from where you kill the orphic shattered shard
the "lore" reason is that the arcane knot is unstable, and you have to transport it back to the null arca (the golden cage thing seen at the trial entrance)
that whole thing is kind of weird, basically like one super long trash mob pull outside of the couple miniboss encounters (and the final boss xoryn)plays PC/NA
