He should raise his damage to at least 4%, but the % he has now just makes him useless in most cases. Right now his % is 2.8% on Soul Burst and at Wield Soul 1.5%. That's ridiculous and that's very low for pvp.

✭✭It used to be 8% with execute scaling ontop of that, but people rightfully stated that it would be away too powerful so zos nerfed It to the ground
