The guaranteed script from the daily activities should be character-wide, not account-wide

For context, I wanted to grind for the Pull - Druid's Resurgence - Cowardice for my Necromancer Tank.
I got the Pull script to drop, but I made the huge mistake of learning it on my main (Mag NB) because I thought the Scripts would be account wide once you unlocked them.
The problem now, is that since I have learned it - it will never have a duplicate drop until I have learned the remaining Focus scripts. That would be 8 of them.
I'm given 2 options:
1) I wait 3-ish days, so I can get my guaranteed Focus scripts from Delve daily, Mages Guild daily, and PvP RotW
2) I can grind out the 3 activities above on all 14 of my alts just for a 25% chance I get a script.
This would be way less tedious if that guaranteed was character based, and not account wide. I would be able to log onto different characters, do the 3 Focus script dailies & hope I get the Pull script to drop again.
I also have to grind out the Pull - Druid's Resurgence - Cowardice scripts 2 more times for my other tanks: Warden, and Arcanist.
This is just crazy to me, the amount of time it's going to take just to get this specific Scribed skill.

Some people may not believe it, but I farmed Sea Silver Chain for more than two months, two months, Karl! And in the end, I still haven’t knocked it out, I got angry and simply gave up purposefully completing craft daily tasks. It was simply the worst decision to tie a random drop lead with low chance to a random Jewelry Survey drop also with a low chance. I got lucky as the only signature script I really cared about was Anchorites Cruelty (outside of class and the mages guild ones). Cyrodiil has loads of dailies. So I got it to curated and farmed multiple scripts so I can distribute them to more characters then learn on the one I farmed on.
I'm going to have to find a similar way for Affix scripts but there are far fewer quests available for those.
Focus from Rewards of the Worthy are OK given good luck. I opened 15 and got one script earlier (the guaranteed). Earned 3 more and got a script in each.PC EU > You0 -
Elrond87✭✭✭only just found out after completing all on main, why is class scripts the fastest for me to get, they are account wide from vendor for 5k, but the focus etc are not what a ball achePC|EU
