crown store assistant priority

So I have 5000 crowns now, a bit over. I'm trying to decide on what assistant to get. so there's merchant, deconstruction assistant, bank assistant, and armory assistant. what are the pros and cons of each? i heard some of them have limitations, what can and can't they do?
