Quest Icons Won't Appear.

So for a couple of days now I have been fighting with the settings trying to get my quest icons ( on the map ) to reappear. For whatever reason they have just quit showing up, and I can't figure out why. I am hoping that someone here can help.
I am sure this is something simple because they were there a few days ago.
This screenshot shows my interface settings and how I have them set currently.
Any help with this would be highly appreciated.

Not sure if this can fix your issue, but open your map interface and look at the tabs on the right side. There are some settings there for what to display on the map.

In addition to what @Sarannah said, are you using any addons that change what's displayed on the map? If so, have you tried disabling the addons to see if one of them is at fault?

To expand on what others have said, addons like Destinations add a load of setting via the "filters" icon, visible when map is open, in the icons at top right of page.

I know from experience there are a whole load of quest icon settings within that section as I have accidently unchecked them myself before.

For some odd reason they started to appear again. So they are now working as intended. Not sure what was go on.

I've had an intermittent problem with 'Quest Giver Icons' changing to off (my normal and preferred setting is on), and it's occurred for a long time (since last year or earlier). I posted about it in another thread in 'Bug Reports'. I keep turning it back on whenever I see it's off, but then sometime later, it turns off again. Very frustrating.
