Can't read the "Chronicle of Apocrypha" in Apocrypha

I can't read the "Chronicle of Apocrypha" in Apocrypha.
There is a "Chronicle of Apocrypha" in the "Ciphers Hall" that you can enter after clearing Necrom's main quest to the end, but once you leave "Ciphers Hall" you will never be able to enter again, so if you have not read "Chronicle of Apocrypha" it will be permanently closed. will be lost.
This is very bad and if something like this has happened to you in the past, the book has been changed so ingame can read it again, so please fix a bug.

yea i wish the Ciphers hall were possible to enter after the story.
it's weird that some areas get locked after quests.

I don’t know at what point the book should appear, but I would just like to say that I did this quest (Chronicle of Fate) 15!!!!!!!!!! times and each time the ceremony was interrupted and got stuck by different NPCs praising us, all this time the book did not appear on the table and I’m simply afraid to complete this quest without reading the book because I knowing that Zenimax will fix another bugы for months or even years. Is it possible to pay more attention to feedback on bugs and to fix them more thoroughly and more often? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_Kevin It would be great if at least someone conveyed this wish to the right place or at least paid attention to it. I no longer even hope to ask to get rid of bugs for the next technical work.

They do read the forum, but they prefer /bug reports in game. Always send those if you encounter a bug.

I will be waiting by Cipher's Hall entrance the second the servers come back online after the patch.

Only one bug infuriates me more than not finding a book showing on the map and that is the the stupid Target Out Range™ bug.
