Like several other individuals, I'm having the well-reported issue of either crashing on character login or right after selecting a character. I have attempted reinstalls, removing addons/ReShade, resetting all settings, and just about every other solution I've seen suggested here and online. I have had a ticket (240507-008145) open for about a month, most recently updated by an agent on 5/15/2024 with a promise that the issue was being escalated to a "specialized team."

While I appreciate that I am not the only person with this issue, and that other people are having entirely different issues, what I would like to know if there is any meaningful progress being made to address this issue generally. I'm a patient person and while I understand that it's not really that deep, it is a little frustrating to be unable to access the game I am subscribed to for almost a month with no sign of that changing anytime soon. Especially during things like the housing celebration, where I could be earning a lot of useful things in-game. It sucks to lose out on the daily rewards, though I have occasionally been able to get in just long enough to get them.

Moreover, is there anything I can do to monitor the status of my ticket specifically? I have been periodically updating the ticket with new things I have tried (which have not worked) but I've been told that this actually sends your ticket further back into the queue, which seems backwards if true.

Open to suggestions on how to fix the problem myself too, of course. Pretty sure I've tried everything that makes sense to try though!
