Thanks man, I know nobody at ZoS said “hey let’s mess with this account.” It just sucks man, ya know, the whole situation. Rotten rng. I hope if he did something to cause this to please tell us so it never happens again.

@DUTCH_REAPER give customer service a few more days. If you don't hear back by early next week, then ping me rather than modifying the ticket. We can reach out to CS and go from there.
