Turtorial - Can I get there?

Hey. So I have just returned after some years break from the game. I mean you never fully stop playing an MMO.
I decided to play on my Night Blade and main that on.

Now to the case.
The Night Blade I can see I have clicked skip in character selection when I made him. I use and addon named Urich's Skill Point finder to find out where I need skillpoints.
In the general skill points section

Have a section named Tutorial. Is it poseble for me to get that Skillpoint somehow?
My guess is that you get a skillpoint just for playing the Tutorial.
Like Argonians for being Lizards so Awesome to acturly play as favorite fantacy race in a MMO

    Okay answered my own question by doing the turtorial. It seems its progress. Not a hidden skillpoint hidden. Still comes out with 3 skillpoints.
