The Furnished version comes with a specific pre-determined set of furnishings already in the house.

Each house has it's own set of furnishings planned out should you decide to purchase it furnished. You can preview the house furnished as well as unfurnished, so you can see what furnishings come with the furnished version. Note that the furnished version is Crown purchase only. So if you wish to purchase the house with gold, you'll either have to purchase it unfurnised, or pay a Crown Seller to gift the furnished version to you.

you can preview both furnished and unfurnished options
the difference is that furnished ones sells only for Crowns, while unfurnished is typically offered for ingame gold

UESP has the exact listing of what furnishings you obtain buying this or that version
    https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Player_Housing
example: Autumn's-Gate they counted and listed 57 items, while furnished is bundled with 32 extra items
check this inspecting info about the specific housing at UESP

and the funny detail. if you buy Autumn's-Gate house unfurnished for 60,000 gold you can retrieve and sell Firelogs, Flaming for even more money than you paid for the house itself (PC EU price is around 200,000 (that is 3x!) as this furnishing items is not craftable and can be obtained only for Crowns or for gold, but only together with the house purchase (once per account)

Also you can do the same with Kragenhome, this time with the Dark Elf Bed of Coals.

Slightly more expensive house Ald Velothi Harbour House comes with a Hlaalu Shed Enclosed, which sells for quite a lot

Also Amaya Lake Lodge has a Hlaalu Shed Open, also quite a high seller.

All of the above are from the unfurnished option, bought with gold. 🙂
    When people say to me........
"You're going to regret that in the morning"
I sleep until midday cos I'm a problem solver!
