Actually choosing one to stick with? Nah. I see it more like as we are as the player character. Whoever helps me at the time. The thing about deities in Elder Scrolls is the people know they exist, however like a parent, supervisor, or authority they won't necessarily be useful.

    Y'ffre, naturally.

"So, drinking is a sacrament to Y'ffre... because it's his way of reminding us not to take things too seriously... You know how the other Elves are. Altmer have their crystal towers, and that's how they want to be — cold and perfect. And Dunmer are just like their Red Mountain — smouldering and dark. We just want to have a drink and not worry about it."

    Saarthal.

Yes I know. It's not a deity, but the name is cool, I'm a non-theist and I'd create my own Saarthal cult. Listening to metal lute music is mandatory.

    So there.

Sithis (and dabble in Y'ffre studies). Some might think its very unusual. But I see Sithis as the natural order of things. We all die and when it's your time, it's your time. The void calls to us all.

The stars! Especially the Guardian star signs. They’re good people who do good work and don’t get enough acknowledgment for it. Plus they give everyone minor superpowers just for being born!

As an all-time Argonian, I’d take a mixture of reverence for the Hist as precursor beings that harbor my people’s cosmovision, but I’d regularly worship and honor Zenithar in my daily life, as I toil each day in the grind, seeking that He favors me with the loot I need to complete my gear at last.

Shor/Lorkhan He protected humans from the Elves abusing and killing us and was murdered by Auri-El for it. It's funny that Imperials worship a version of his killer as Akatosh and is the head god while the Imperial version of Lorkhan, Shezarr, is forgotten.

My husband and I like Azura, not sure we would "worship", but maybe talk to her and do deeds if they align with our morals.

He personally likes Y'ffre/Kyne the most in TES pantheon.

I also like "The Thief" celestial, idk where they fall on this topic, but the entity appears righteous for mortals. 🤔

If you lived in TES universe. Regardless of your race, who would you worship, if at all?

I think I'd be a deadric cultist. I'd worship one of good, or at least not so bad, daedric Lords. Possibly Azura, as I don't particularly care for Meridia. I wouldn't mind dealing with Mora if opportunity arises, though he doesn't seem to care that much about being worshiped. Boethiah outright scares me so I'd definitely steer clear.

Anymore Daedric fans out there? Or do you prefer worshipping Aedra? Or even the tribunal if you lived before the 4th era

No one is worthy of my worship. [snip]

True worship begins with Malacath, patron of the spurned, the exiled, the refugee.

You cannot reach Exodus without first becoming an Exile.

Lesser shrines to Boethiah (the Will Against Unfit Chiefs), Mephala (the First Wise-Woman) and Vaermina (the Graven Queen in the Many Paths) are all permitted.

But in all worship, even to lesser gods, always offer a sideways-spoken prayer to Malacath, to safeguard your shrines. The dread gaoler of the gods, alone, stands guardian over all pilgrims in persecution.

So many deities to choose from... I'd probably just aim for apotheosis and worship myself :p

Having cultists or worshippers comes in handy, too. You neither have to pay them not buy them at a market to do all those annoying household chores.

As a Christian IRL, I'd probably go for Talos since he's somewhat of a Christ-figure, though Tiber himself was very far from being as perfect or admirable as Jesus Christ. Nonetheless, if I were a man on Nirn, he'd undoubtedly be the one I'd align with.

Other than him, probably either Julianos or Stendarr. I could see myself aligning with Azura or Meridia if I had to, but only as a last resort and only as allies, nothing more.

This is honestly a tough one as there's a lot of interesting choices to pick from.

Kyne if I had to go with something, primarily because of the Thu'um being handed to the Nords by her. There's something incredibly satisfying and very intimidating about being able to command reality with not 'magic' per say, but only your voice.
