Good morning, I can't trade - send mail - use Guild Bank.
Can someone of regular assistance help me with this problem please?
I play this game on PS4 first years and now (4 years ago) on PC using Mac without any relevant problem.
It's some add-ons?
I open 3 ticket on game assistance this week without any solution/respons.

    usually if you can log in but cant use social features (mail, guild store, guild bank, trade, or send whispers) it usually means its a social ban

    glad you got it resolved though

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
