What's wrong with with purchase? cant buy, strange error

tried to buy necrom

in past i used my own master card but dumb new rules made it impossible for me to buy stuff online made it 2complicated, with my disability i need old simple sys so i asked my brother, i took out cash to pay him back for the DLC, so he used hes credit card data

new we added hes data and we get this

then i tried to add my data and got same stuff on the picture, ofc i removed the card number from the picture

and after when i tried again i got this instead of where i can enter the card data picture above

on steam i got this far with adding cash to steam wallet

so issue in with ESO site

or does zenimax has issue with my bank?

first i did it in brave then tried in chrome no difference

    It's been less than an hour on a Sunday, which is also Mother's Day. Maybe give them some time to see this and tag someone so that they know?

    If you're buying the crowns so that you can gift your mom a mount or something, might need to head over to the flower shop instead.

    One thing to try: delete all cookies and turn off any extensions that block marketing stuff, like adblock. Sometimes those scripts mess with my shopping carts - or try installing a fresh browser if you haven't already?

    i didn't know its known eso site issue when i made this thread

    he had issues buying crowns i have issue buying Necrom + crowns, couldn't even buy DLC

    its new rig so i doubt clearing cookies will help, its more likely to create more work for me, back in a game for a week now, was away for bit before, 1y or so

    also tried this with other browser with what i haven't logged in to eso until today and same issue, if same issue is in other browser then cookie issue is ruled out

    hes work can have ferry buzzy periods, and then when he finally comes he cant use hes card data cause of this issue and then i tested my card and same issue not this usual issue, this pic:

    It was an issue for me, too, setting up an account for my husband with his Visa.

    I had to use my Mastercard.
