    Yes, you can go back to the Skills Advisor at any time and change your selection. You might need, or want, to respec when you do, to move some skill points around or choose different skill morphs, but the important thing to remember is that the Skills Advisor is just that-- an advisor only-- and the skills and morphs it advises you to put points into are merely recommendations, not requirements. You are always free to put your skill points into any skills and morphs you desire.

    To add to that, the other four options besides "initiate" are designed for the four basic group roles-- tank, melee DD, ranged DD, and healer. The tank build is the one that says the primary stat is health and uses heavy armor. Melee DD uses stamina and medium armor. Ranged DD and healer both use magicka and light armor. But again, those are all just recommendations, not requirements.

    Honestly, I don't think the in-game skill advisor has been updated in a *really* long time. I wouldn't put much stock in anything it's telling you, and maybe look up some recommended builds for your class online instead for some guidance as to which skills and morphs to focus on.

    That said, you can also respec your skills at any time at the cost of some gold, so you're not locked into any choices that you make early on.

    I also think using the skill advisor is a bad idea. If you want to tank, I’d work on leveling: heavy armor, 1 hand and shield, (ice) destruction staff, undaunted, your class skill lines, and alliance war. Psijic order, mages guild, fighters guild can all be good too, though as a DK you don’t need those skills as much as another class might (DK has a chain ability as a class skill, most classes have to use silver leash from fighters guild, for instance). The Tank Club is typically a good resource for tanking shenanigans if you want a website to go to, though I don’t know if they have builds for new players or not.

    As other people have said the skill advisor is just giving recommendations. You can change your selection at any time, or ignore it and pick something other than what it recommends with no consequences. (You can also turn it off entirely.)

    More importantly there's no limit to how many skill lines, or individual skills, you can level up and it's possible to get over 500 skill points, more than enough to unlock (and morph) all your class skills, multiple weapon skill lines and various other things.

    You can swap which of your unlocked skills are equipped at any time, and by going to a Rededication Shrine in a temple (found in most major cities) you can refund skill points you've used, so you can change which skills are unlocked.

    All of which means none of those choices are permanent. It's a good idea to always try to pick skills you think will be useful, so you can get a good build more quickly, but if you change your mind or realise you've made a mistake or just want something different you're always able to change it.
