Same effect when I press E (loot or talk to NPCs). Something is wrong with NPC activators (only humans, animals and objects are activated without problems)

Use CMD and type ping -t (server IP)

This way you can track when you get a lag or condition drop

You can also use cfosspeed to reduce ping rate
