Make Crown Store purchases and unlocks account-wide

I've been playing this game for almost 10 years. I originally played on PC-NA, then moved to PC-EU, but I return to NA from time to time (several times a week). Having to buy the same stuff on every server is dissatisfactory to say the least

Historically ZOS has some inconsistency in terms of in-game purchases. Some items exist as both an account upgrade and a Crown Store purchase. If you buy something in crown store, it will only work on the server where purchase was made.
For example, years ago I got my hands on a Any Race, Any Alliance upgrade code and I enjoy the benefits on both servers to this day, but I had to purchase Imperial Upgrade on both servers.

Want to put mundus in your house? Be a good lad and spend crowns on both servers. Like the assistant banker/dealer? Crown Store is open 24/7. Want to put a tiny Auri-El statue in your house on EU that was free for ESO+ subscribers and you have it on NA? Too bad you didn't play it back when it was in the Crown Store.

Things that are purchased in the Crown Store and that get into the Collections UI should be made available account-wide, on both servers. It won't change anything for those who only play on one server, but it will make life better for those players who actively play on both servers.

its extremely common for players only play on 1 server. that's why Zos wont change it.

If crowns are cross server then anything should be able to be cross server because obviously it's possible. I want to merge my EU stuff to NA and stop playing on EU but nope can't do that

I'm EU based but when I came back to the game fully in 2019, eu servers were almost dead.
I found someone online to play with but they were on NA so I switched and found great guilds so I stayed.

Now 5 years later I have far too much money invested on NA to ever move back to EU server, even though I will never be able to do endgame content since I cannot stay up until 4-6 am on random nights just to join a group.

It is crushing my motivation to continue playing.

I saw someone in another video comment on youtube say something along the lines of (not exact quote)

"I'm the player of the account, not my characters/classes, the things I unlock should be account wide, not character-wide,
my class isn't paying for my sub, my wardens not activating the account,
I am, the player, i'm the one that unlocked/paid for those things so t hey should be accessible to ME on all MY characters that I"M playing on My account, it's not my Wardens account, my warden is on MY Account"

That is very typical of the MMO side of the MMORPG.

Or, equally, made crowns purchased duplicate on both servers without sharing, i.e. you buy 21k crowns you have 21k crowns on BOTH servers with stuff bought taken from local server crowns for items on that server.

But, again, they did not.

Still stings when you think it should work the way it should rather than how it does and you flip servers only to find you have nothing on the other.
