Patch is crashing on Nvidia GeForce Now (I assume PC related).

I literally just re-upped, buying the game, and resubbing to ESO+, and now I am unable to play the game. [snip] I think the problem is that the game is getting "live" patched by the client, which is not really how Nvidia GeForce is supposed to work (everyone's copy should get patched, once!).
