This never happened to me before (I make a new character with each Chapter release and get them all the wayshrines I can). So I've no idea if it was a deliberate or permanent change or not. I finally got where I needed to be via the Manor of Revelry Wayshrine.

Thanks for responding, I usually get sent an email when anyone responds to one of my question. But for some unknown reason, this time I've heard nothing. I'm only here today because of the following updates.

Well as for buying the property in Coldharbour. Because you can teleport to a property in any country, you haven't been to, for a look around. But, because you haven't opened a way shrine then you can't, go outside of that property. So my assumption was even If I were to buy that property. It wouldn't let me go outside.
However, since my last visit to this search I visited the Harbourage and did a couple of missions for Varen after a couple of hours I was in Coldharbour. And very spooky it is too! Because apart from me, I've only seen 3 other players here and very few of the properties seem to be accessible. Because I have to bring all the lost people back to Coldharbour. I'd totally forgot about that. Still, it's such a long time since I last did it, it'll be like the first time.
While we're chatting, I have another question. When I start a new character my previous character's stats are usually all cleared and so I'm starting fresh, as it were. But this time, with my latest character they haven't been cleared and so everywhere I go the stats are those of my last character ie all the delves etc have been done. But when I enter them I can still get the skyshards?

Each time I've played the main storyline so far I've chosen the Prophet as the one that should go. But this time I'm thinking about choosing someone else. Maybe the sarcastic one, that we rescued from Manimarco.
But doesn't the storyline pan out differently depending on who you choose. From what you are saying, it doesn't sound like it makes any difference?
I know at the end you get two choices to select one from. One being that you remain the hero. And the other being, no-one knows who you are.
