Well maybe it's more there is a model these are based on and it had a more masculine frame. But in appearance, it doesn't look like just a wrinkle in the fabric. Unless supported fabric tends to crease rather than bulge. It's a fantasy drawing, not real fabric, still...

It's not noticeable if your graphics are higher. Could also just put her behind a desk or something.
