Additionally, you can also claim the Alchemy Houseguest free from the in-game Crown Store after completing the Expert Resin Harvester and Novice Alchemy Furnisher achievements. To earn the Expert Resin Harvester achievement, harvest 25 Alchemical Resin, and to unlock the Novice Alchemy Furnisher, learn any Alchemy formula.
If you have already learned all plans in alchemy are you still able to get achievement and then claim reward?0 -

You have to set access on a house that can have at least three guests (so not an inn room) to visitor or limited visitor and then invite people over.
You could also form a group and tour one another’s houses.2 -

Doesn’t the Alchemist sell some cheap basic recipes? Or is that just the clothier, carpenter, and blacksmith?

Recent event was dropping a lot of blue fabcricant tree formulas, should be not hard to find and cheap

Yeah don’t worry, wanting free stuff is a perfectly valid motive, it’s no different than grouping up for a Trial or Dungeon except for being a much shorter time commitment. #proud2BAStarObsessedLoony

Create a group in group finder and shout it out in zone chat. You can help others get their party planning achievement and they help you with yours. Assuming you don't have a guild to link it and don't want to just ask zone.4 -

Hi--share a link to your house in zone chat and say you're looking to get an achievement. Can also offer to visit their houses in exchange. Can even say "new players welcome" or offer people like 5k each--some will probably even turn the offer down.
Just note you have to be present when the 3rd other player arrives to trigger the achievement.
And if you're not in a guild--it's very worth it! Most are pretty quiet as far as chat, but have people asking for help for group content or answering questions.PC-NA
