Flurry vs twin slashes
So I'm building a bleed warden and yes I notice Twin do a bit extra damage like it can go to 60k to 80k and Flurry do 40k to 70k damage and both have the same stamina cost but issue is I feel flurry is better because of the super fast spam than twin but only down side is flurry apply hemorrhaging but as 1 stack when Twin apply it to 3 stack so because of that reason I use Eviscerate for hemorrhaging but I still wanna know what you guys think which is better and how I can improve better.
I use bloodrinker,oaksoul,4 piece night mother and two piece iceheart which lead me to 45k damage but some set are on rare at the moment.

Two different abilities for two different purposes.

Twin slashes is a DoT, something you cast once and let it run it’s course before you use it again. Flurry is a spammable, an ability you use when all your DoTs and buffs are up and running.

Without knowing what your bar looks like it’s a bit difficult to tell which one of these you need. To get 3 stacks of hemorrhaging you could use flurry (morphed into the bleed damage one), bear applies it passaively with it’s autos and the stamina bird. Barbed trap is also an alternative since it always applies one stack on trigger.

I use one bar and for once in pvp I was able to get kills but small issue is I had the flurry level 2 as bloodthirsty but still was good and I didn't try as much with twin but in pvp is like a fast paced so I really wanna make a good choice if which of those two is better for pvp and pve combine, I don't need two bleed direct attack ability in the slot.

Twin slashes is smooth and easy to use. It's a shame they took a big bite out of it this patch with the removal of minor mangle. Personally I only used it for an opener or closer along with a medium-weave. It hasn't been much of a spamable since they changed the tick rate of dots. Flurry on the other hand can definitely deal more damage if you build the right way for it... however it is super difficult to use in a fight, especially against mobile and evasive targets. Try giving some time to each before you decide which you prefer. As for me... I went back to silver shards.

I try on pvp again and got some kills quick on warden because of artic blast for the stun and remember the passive for dual, it say increase damage against stun enemies so with the 3 second stun and 4 time hit with flurry bloodthirsty with bloodthirsty set, it do hit very quick but I do need to try with Rending Slashes from twin to see if it work better or worse.
For silver shards, not sure which class would work better especially when is a psychical attack.
