sets been bugged since release with the cooldown not being reduced with slotted abilities and still no change over half a year later

    We just have to wait another 5 years for them to delete Blighted Blastbones and call it a day.

    Look on the bright side. It means if you're a necro you don't have to waste your time with Infinite Grind Archive.

    The probably fudged it up with an update since then. Not surprising


    Crown Crates are a trap. Don't fall for the gamble! Balance? What Balance? Balance, smellance.
    Necro for them RP feels.

    It's a bit of a pain to test but, the cooldown does seem to be reduced on the PTS
