I keep getting uncollected set items in group dungeons - when did it change?

Every single time I kill a boss in a group dungeon, I get a set item that I have not collected before.
When did this change ?

Canasta✭✭✭Ah, now "set curation" was the key phrase there. I found the patch notes for it by searching that.
Seems its been in place since Nov 2021, and I have only just noticed it
