Please please pleaaaaaaassseeeeee ZOS. You need to end these campaigns early and give out the rewards. PvP is dead and a total joke...
There are two campaigns that are MAYBE worthwhile to play on.
Close all campaigns and open TWO until they fill up.
Remove guesting for now to keep campaigns full.
If anyone else has any suggestions, please comment.

As has been stated a number of times since launch....there is a huge, game breaking imbalance in pvp and the campaign models. Some of the issues that I know are as follows:
1. You can travel to anyone in any campaign at any time. this allows for one faction to seriously overpopulate the server, out numbering the underdog opponents and causing a critical break down in activity due to an inability for underdog players to successfully retaliate by any means.
2. There is a lack of an incentive to being the underdog, If for example my faction controls all scrolls and all keeps, my faction gets a large buff benefit. So now not only Is there an underdog faction or two, but they are not only out numbered but out buffed as well.......making it virtually impossible to once again retaliate or keep the game-play fun and engaging.
3. People are allowed to jump servers as long as they have enough alliance points...however they can guest to another server to get the points and come back home and leave, so now due to the above stated reasons, you have a majority of your underdog players leaving for a less over powered server and in essence PVP dies. This model is flawed and needs to be looked at asap, in my opinion.
There are many more issues and concerns but these are some of the prominent ones. As far as providing a solution, I am inclined to agree with Nasan's post. we really need to clean the slate, re-evaluate the system and implement a system that works and maintains a better balance throughout.

Amen, I have been playing since everquest. Game is done man atleast for the pvp side. Already unsubbed few days left now.Lucefer

And it's horrible for everyone else. I've been emp and its great, but the game is rapidly declining with the factions just ignoring each other and hiding on their own overcrowded servers.
If something isn't done now there isn't going to be anyone playing pvp in a month.
