If we ever see Moonshadow in ESO, it should have a permanent eclipse in the sky.
I was one of the lucky folks who got to experience the total solar eclipse yesterday. I can't express just how beautiful it was; the dark void surrounded by white wispy corona, the indescribable colors of the sky, the wan silvery light keeping the world from being enveloped in the complete dark of night. And the darkness was transient, quickly dissipated by the returning light of day. I thought of the Queen of Dawn and Dusk immediately. What better illumination for Azura than an eternal ephemera?
Plus there's the whole argument that moonshadow, or a moon's shadow, is the literal definition of a solar eclipse, but then I don't have an excuse to gush about how pretty it was

(Note: I don't know if the moon(s) of the eclipse should be Masser, Secunda, both, or neither. Maybe both?)
