there are nearly 200 new furnishings and structural furnishings have in previous years been added in quarters 3 and 1.miaow! i'm Luna ( she/her ).

there's a gold purchaseable home called Merryvine Estate in Northwest of the West Weald zone.
not in Skingrad, but bigger than a town house would have been.
it'll be 1.3 million gold and require the Grand Adventurer achievement

I love the new house but yeah, honesty agreed. Rosethorn Hall's aesthetic is my favorite of any ES series player home, feels like a missed opportunity for a perfect large house.2 -

yea there's an inn room called Rosewine Retreat in Skingrad.

That side of Skingrad isn't built yet as Rosethorn Hall is on the north side while ESOs is the south side.EU 2000+ CP
