there's a gold purchaseable home called Merryvine Estate in Northwest of the West Weald zone.
not in Skingrad, but bigger than a town house would have been.
it'll be 1.3 million gold and require the Grand Adventurer achievement

I love the new house but yeah, honesty agreed. Rosethorn Hall's aesthetic is my favorite of any ES series player home, feels like a missed opportunity for a perfect large house.2 -

That side of Skingrad isn't built yet as Rosethorn Hall is on the north side while ESOs is the south side.EU 2000+ CP
