Female Argonians Breasts

Is there any Lore explanations why Female Argonians has boobs? This is a genuine question.

Khajiits I can understand. Felines are mammals. But Argonians? Where, in the Tamriel Lore's history of the races evolution (magic or otherwise), Argonians anatomy fit in?

Oh I get it. This room is not for Lore specialists/enthusiasts debate or clarify ESO lore questions, it is for Lore dilettante players poke fun or discuss ridiculous options. Ok.

I actually think that "No" is the correct answer. I don't think there is a canon reason. I have never seen it, if it exists.

Best "Lore" answer that I have heard is that it is because the Hist created the Saxhleel in a form that shared traits with the other races.

The best "non-Lore" answer that I have heard is that the artists at BGS added them so that female Argonians looked female.

Argonian boobs are there because mostly human males play this game and males expect boobs on females. There's no lore to explain it.

There is simply no CANON answer to this question.

There is a youtuber, Imperial Knowledge. Excellent lore videos and I believe he has a video on the biology of Argonian females and breasts. I do know I have seen a lore explanation somewhere.
    Hope it helps. Huzzah!

How would we determine the difference between male and female argonians without the boobs?

Give one gender crests of feathers and the other horns, or make them color dimorphic like birds.

I went back through some of my lore stuff, ( I'm a huge TES lore nut), and found a reference in a Q&A with Lawrence Shick, the former Lore Master of ESO, in which he says, "The Hist created the Argonians in the image of man".
This reference can be found in the video by Left Pat mentioned above by @DinoZavr. So , hope that helps as to the canon question. Huzzah!
    PS. Really miss Lawrence Shick.

Ahh, yes. I don't recall him saying that, but obviously, the source of that bit of Lore.

I found it here, at Left Pat's video at 4:44. Not sure if this was an early ESO developer Q&A or the Imperial Library Q&A.
