Infinite Archive bugged for me

It's been two days where I enter either through the wayshrine or walking to portal and it keeps saying instance resetting but when I get kicked it still won't let me play the daily or anything, just resetting. I've lost out on many runs and loot and im ESO+ PC/NA makinoji. ticket was submitted.

✭Its too late, it resolved itself once you did the update to change the archive name. No one from support ever contacted me. So I have lost confidence in you all. I lost out on a week of ESO+ bc of that bug.0
