    @Aorys In order to have them check your social ban, you will have to make a ticket with support the accounts affected.

    And again, social muted with no reason. I never receive a single e-mail with details nor a mail with the ticket number which I ask for help, I had to print this. Please don't make me type that. I'm tired of this. Makes it looks like someone is pranking me. I play this game almost the entire day because It's the only thing I have as support to fight depression. I got my life as thousands of hours and a few hundreds of dollars invested on this. I need to sell my goodies, buy stuff. I really wish punishment for the ones who have been pursuing me. The support got a job to do, and the job is not to retaliate customers when they hear something they don't like or take it personal.

    I wish to keep doing my part as an ESO customer, but I only receive frustration when having to deal with stuff like this.
    Bugs are kind of acceptable, because those will happen. I know there is a lot of trouble to deal with but when it comes to the human part... Something must be done. I need investigation. I need feedback. For now, I will wait a little. I don't want to get any further than this and recover my almost 15000 hours of gameplay in just 2 years by legal means. That would be troublesome, but this is my life being sliced over a table. I can't just stand it.
    Please. That pain is killing me inside. I'm not joking.

    Now that's interesting, I just woke up and also got my third social ban after the update.

    I did talk with support before and after looking into my account they told me it's the speedhack detector doing it, and that it could be caused by connection issues, which I find pretty unlikely now since I haven't been playing laggy in a long while, so I started to investigate what could be triggering it.

    Do you happen to use Mist Form? @Aorys

    Yeah I've told once they had done adjustments to my account about my latency being high. I don't use mist form but I often use swift jewelry and rapid maneuver on trials for speed runs/trifectas. Should not be a problem.
    Now that I have to refill my materials for crafting...

    I never wait for these to expire as I need my things working because I'm a very active merchant. I need to buy and sell stuff. Need communication between my other accounts for crafting and dailies, etc. I need this to be solved quickly or I lose more than 10m/day. In the middle of this event will lose way more.
