When the server is busy the hammer is an exciting element that draws big crowds and epic battles - I've had a lot of fun both defending and opposing the hammer.
When the server is empty it's ridiculously OP letting a group of 8 sweep the entire map during it's 30ish minute lifecycle - and I've been on both sides of that scenario as well. It takes down doors/walls too fast to counter with siege and small 6 v 6 groups are lopsided when the hammer is involved. Consider adjusting the number of times it can be dropped/picked up based on the number of active players in the instance at the time it spawns and give the player holding it an indicator of how many times it has left to drop before returning to oblivion.
