snares, kites and line of sight

What are some sets or abilities people like to use for those who drop snares and run around building to use line of sight as their game play. I run into this a lot in BGs, so it’s hard to avoid. Back in the day Sloads was good, that new Moth set looks good, any best practices out there for countering this type of game play?

I really wish they add more for snares because is so unused like not enough of sets and ability that do snares.

Everyone uses line of sight it’s one of the most important core mechanics of PvP. Not using LoS is purposely not playing to the best of your ability.

the problem with snares is a lot of these tree/tower lovers is that theres a lot of things which make you immune to snares/immobilizes

the snow treaders mythic gives you full immunity to all cleansable snare/immobilize, and the downside of not being able to sprint can be worked around (easy to get move speed, and the user saves stamina not sprinting)

forward momentum (2h skill), one morph of the medium armor skill, and race against time psijic skill also give you short duration immunity to snare/immob and cleanses any current snare/immob you have

the best way to deal with them is dont chase them lol, thats what they want, stay out in the open field

i actually got called toxic once because i refused to chase the people into the tower, and was almost killing them in open field combat (ended up dying when a 2nd player ended up joining the fray, still refused to go into the tower and ended up killing their backup twice lol)
