ESO Not Responding After Patch

PC NA, Steam

After the patch, the game stops responding right after the log-in screen and before character selection. Need help wit this, as the troubleshooting sections were of no use. I've lost 2 days of gaming because of the classical ZOS mid-event patch. Yes, i am a bit salty.

As you've already went through our troubleshooting sections to help with this issue, the next step to take is opening a ticket with customer support.
