I’m working on my tank build for VR dungeons, and I’ve run into a question I have no easy way of testing. Do skills that provide both CC and a debuff (Cinter Storm, Deep Slash, Reverberating Bash) still apply the debuff to CC immune targets, especially dungeon bosses? For example, Deep Slash applies a 60% slow and a 15% damage reduction debuff. Obviously bosses will be immune to the slow, but does the 15% damage debuff apply?
If anyone knows for certain one way or another, particularly against dungeon bosses, it would be very helpful. Thanks.
