I like to tongue in cheek suggest the no proc campaign; but there needs to be a large movement there in order to correct a single faction owning it and even they disappear if any resistance shows up
Cyrodiil is more playable than ever now that the ball groups are getting instakilled over and over, honestly.

So far they haven't because it is obvious bug abuse and as groups of generally very hardcore players they don't want to risk their accounts. If it was made the "approved" behavior of the set, they'd switch to using it instantly. In fact, ballgroups with their 35k minimum health, constant barrier+other shield spam, and high degree of voice com coordination are some of the few groups that would be able to effectively counter it as well.

I’ve had 2 people do it and that’s it. All the rest are people using the set “properly”. I don’t agree that the set should be disabled for what seems to be a very small number of abusers.
