Cannot login to Help/Support ONLY

I cannot log in to help.elderscrollsonline.com and this was never resolved from last year. I can log in to the account/store/forums/game, but cannot log in to help to put in a ticket to get crown store gifting. So can we go ahead and resolve both of these problems? Cleared cache, data, different browsers, safe modes/incognito etc. Help page cannot login, click over to account and you'll take my money as I'm logged in there. Click back over... "login failed"

    Thanks for sharing the steps you've taken and the previous thread you had open. You can open a ticket without logging in by using our account recovery page. You can click HERE to do so.

    They sorted it out but blamed ad-blocking/browser to not having access (I didn't change anything). They said I had to submit a ticket as the only resolution for the crown store gifting and since I now have access to it I did so. Theoretically this can be closed. Thanks.
