Crash Issue

I have run into an issue that causes my computer to restart. This only happens with ESO, and it's not a heat issue. In the event viewer the issue is labeled as critical and power-kernal.

This restart/crash only happens in ESO, when entering/exiting dungeons or going through doors that change the player location, including keep doors inner and outer in Cyrodiil. ex: teleport through a door.

Does anyone have a solution to this? Just to double check I am going to update my graphics drivers.

if the error is power-kernel, that doesnt sound like an eso related issue

the only thing i could guess if it occurs while running eso, is that your FPS is uncapped while your in a load screen, which could make your computer try to draw more power than it should, which could be overloading the power supply, and getting the power-kernel error

this is why i set a hard FPS cap using my graphics driver software to prevent issues like this

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

I have a hard cap of 75 FPS, despite my monitor being capable 144. I do appreciate the feedback though!
