Does daily sharing still work?

It used to be that you could do all 5 different quests for each zone daily by one person grabbing one and then sharing with the group then you all do the quest and turn in. Next person in group could pull a different daily and share with the group and so on until everyone had done all 5 variations of each daily quest.

Has that been disabled ? No one on Xbox is doing it. A few years back zone chat was littered with people grouping to do this. Now it’s silent.

On PS-NA. If you are talking about world boss/delve dailies, I think so, as long as you have not done that daily. But there are others that once you turn them in, its over, like harrowstorms.

only a few dailies cannot be shared at all, such as undaunted pledges

other ones can only be shared with you if you have not completed the quest yet on that character within the daily reset

I was not clear enough in my original post.

For example, in Summerset zone. Justiciar Farowel, Justiciar Tanorian, Battlereeve Tanerline give dailies. A daily is one of 6 different quests. The Farowel dailies are about World Bosses. The Tanorian dailies are about Delves. The Tanerline dailies are about Abyssal Gysers.

If you are by yourself, you will be given 1 quest out of 6 possible for each of the 3 dailies. Once you do the quest for each daily and turn it in, then you cannot do any more until the next day.

However, if you are in a group of 6 people, you can do the following procedure:

Person 1 gets 3 quests for each daily.
Person 1 shares the 3 quests with the group.
The group completes the 3 quests and turns them in.
Person 1 cannot get another daily.
Person 2 is still able to get quests from the NPCs that give dailies.
Repeat above steps for Person 2 thru 6.

Therefore, a single person in a group of 6 people can complete all 6 quests for each daily (18 total) instead of being limited to just 1 quest for each daily (3 total).

Now, I can answer my own question because I rounded up some people to do it, and it worked. The problem seems to be lost knowledge in the ESO Xbox community.

Not a single person fully understood what I was trying to do when we started. Out of 8 people joining and then dropping too soon, only 2 other people finally realized how it worked after it became their turn to pull quests and share. No one in three different story DLC zones was doing chat callouts to form groups like this. Several years ago, on PS4, during this jubilee event, zone chat was busy with such message forming these groups.

Yeah, that's still possible. Do that regularily with a friend of mine.

My impression from pc/NA is that people only do this now under limited circumstances. Zone dailies just started dropping a new motif, or an event tied to a specific zone? Then I see people asking for shares. Not so much during Jubilee, possibly because there's so many dailies you can do throughout the game without shares.
