Race region imbalance

Finished the veteran version of DC the other day and i noted there was no orc zone other than the little island betnikh. So i did a little adding up:
V1 redguard island, orc island, Breton region
V2 Breton region
V3 Breton region
V4 Redguard region
V5 Breton/Redguard region
Not very balanced for all the races especially orcs, who don't even have their own region. Where as the Bretons are very well represented
So i compared to EP:
V1 Nord Island, Dunmer region
V2 Dunmer region
V3 Argonian region
V4 Nord region
V5 Nord region
This is better balanced, each member race has its own whole region, Argonian who seem to lose out have notable settlements in most of the other zones.
I'm yet to get very far into AD regions so can't comment yet on those.
