So I've made a start on the NA server. So far so good. The Firesong Extinguisher achievement actually dropped, so fingers crossed for Saviour of Galen does too when I've done a bit more. Still annoying that I've had to do it all again, but at least there seems to be a workaround.

Thank you for the update. I'm contemplating giving it a whirl on a brand new character that has never set foot in Galen to see if it pops. Fingers crossed since it doesn't seem possible to get any kind of response from ZOS in regards to their broken achievements.

Also, feel free to hit me up on Xbox/NA if you need anything to make your grind a bit easier.

I've got it! Took about 10 seconds to pop after the in game achievement. So I can confirm that it works on the other server to the one you normally use. Note, I have no other characters on the NA server, have never got the achievement on the other server and that's all it needed. I can't say for sure if it will work on the EU normal server on another character as the achievements are shared across account server, but this workaround has worked. :-)

I'm two story quests away from finishing the requirements for Savior of Galen over on the EU server. My level 17 is pushing through and hopefully if I have time, I'll finish it tonight. Fingers crossed.

It's a real shame that players have to find ways to "fix" things in ESO, but I guess that's just the state of the game these days. Best of luck to anyone else trying to snag broken achievements. Your best bet is going the alternate server route. If that alternate server happens to be NA, then feel free to hit me up and I'll give you a hand.

Glad you got it sorted. Might take you up on that offer on the NA server, I have to redo Coral Aerie and Shipwrights Regret for the Ascending Tide Scout achievement. (I have all the helms and have completed the sticker book, have the in game achievement on EU but no Xbox achievement).

I am only missing 6 Xbox ESO achievements. Frustratingly, two of those are for getting to and finishing Arc 4 in the Infinite Archive. I have done this a few times now, with different characters, and not had the xbox achievement pop. Also, getting to hear the XB achievement pop sound come over the headset for the people that I have done it with just adds to the frustration of not being awarded to my gamerscore. I went thru this with the Northern Elsweyr completion achievement for xbox. The issue was fixed by ZoS but we were told that we had to do everything with a different character. While time consuming, it was good to hear the all clear that you will for sure get it if you do it again. It would be nice to hear the why behind the reason the xbox (and I would assume PS) achievements will not register and be awarded, but that is just me.
