Crafting surveys bugged

I have two enchanters survey craglorn 1, but when I go to the map location for these surveys there are no runestones to harvest. I know this is the place the runestones should be for this survey because I have harvest map, and it's got the locations where they should be marked as well.

Note, tried to post screenshots but that function doesn't seem to be working in the forums right now.

I had the one near Mountain Overlook Wayshrine (enchanting survey 3) bug out in me once. I left the area and returned and it was there.

Oh, that's the one near Spellscar, isn't it? I remember it was hard to find, so I pulled two from one of my alts.

Port to Spellscar Wayshrine and go pretty much due north from there, or slightly NNW of due north.

Go past a pointy rock, then past one of the glowing Spellfiend rocks, to the thing that looks like a giant chess piece (a pawn) leaning slightly to the side.

At the "chess piece," turn toward the east and head directly toward the big central Spellscar rock.

Just before you get to the ridge, you should see the runestones, a bit left of the gap that leads down to the central rock.

Edit: Or just head toward the central rock from the wayshrine, but then when you reach the circular ridge you'll need to head to the left to get to the gap in the ridge.
