Do not receive twitch drops

I've used twitch together with eso many times before.
I watched some twitch streamer to get the twitch crates, and while I have collected it on the site I have never received it in game.
Shouldn't I have received it by now?
I've also watched the billing history and it doesn't show any loot crate.

Removed my Xbox since I don't play there anyway and I received it on pc.0 -
