Ever since the patch I'm getting a ton of freezing where my gamepad/keyboard input freezes, I get a short loading screen, then I'm back to doing whatever it is that I was doing. About every other instance of this, I am kicked out of the game and given Error 103. I am not running any add-ons, I use an ethernet cable, I run Google Fiber 5 Gig, my network drivers are up to date and ESO is whitelisted on my firewall and the router's firewall. What I can say with confidence, thanks to Wireshark, is that my packets are being dropped, and that's what when the kicking happens.
