Hello there Forum,
currently, since last Wednesday, i am trying to login at "MySupport"
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/#en/my-support to create a support Ticket. (no matter which language i tried, pref. ger/en)
I am able to login to the Forum (different Accountcredentials), to the Game and to my Account
https://account.elderscrollsonline.com just fine.
i tried different Browser (chromiumbased and non chromium), multiple times deleted cache/cookies, no ad-/scriptblocker, i even tested this via my smartphones Dataplan to exclude any problem with my default ISP connection (PC, all wired).
Any Idea?
The reason i am trying to reach out to the SupportTeam is the following:
After the ~2014 beta, I purchased the game ~2015 in the form of "The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited", as well as the "Greymoor™ Digital Collector's Edition" in 2020.
I recently became aware of the game again and, as it is more convenient for me, I have now purchased a Steam licence for the game in the form of "The Elder Scrolls Online Deluxe Collection: Necrom"
Do I currently have access to all game content (chapters?) except "Gold Road" - The account page still only shows Greymor and TESO Steam Ed. as shown in the attached image.
