When in Apocrypha and you look up at this - thats hovers over Ciphers Midden - what could it be - to me it looks like a cloud that rains down ink but where would it have originated from, if this is so.

Apocrypha IS Mora. You're literally inside a manifestation of his will. Everything you see in Apocrypha that isn't a human or another daedra is just an extension of him.

so another question :]The liquid that is throughout Apocrypha - what would it be - I have read it might be ink but as well an ocean of sorts. If this image is an Apocrypha cloud - would this cloud have been formed then from this liquid evaporating, or could it just be a portal of a sort.

The ink and "water" of Apocrypha is chaotic creatia. Azure plasm is Coldharbour's version and the lava in Deadlands is the equivalent there.
[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!

Think of it as Mora's blood, that all the Daedra of Apocrypha are born from.

I cannot seem to think of it as Mora's blood that all the Daedra of Apocrypha are born from for there are Daedra there that would have come from outside Apocrypha - unless you mean the Seekers and Watchers?

When a daedra dies their essence returns to their native realm and reforms there. The daedra native to Apocrypha are reborn from the ink.
